Summary: The Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in securing business primarily through outbound prospecting but also inbound leads. This position uses the internal database and CRM to service and prospect accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. L2 Brands is seeking someone who can drive sales through up selling and offer superior customer service that meets each customer unique expectations. This position reports director to the Inside Sales Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: List essential functions required of the position. Essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  1. Meet monthly/annual sales goals.
  2. Maintain and update your pipeline in the CRM system.
  3. Enter orders using L2’s order entry system.
  4. Up to 20% domestic travel to trade shows and key customers.
  5. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Other:

  1. Work on special projects as needed.
  2. Sustain effective and positive working relationships to ensure an environment that is in alignment with both the Company’s Core Values and profitability goals.
  3. Be an ambassador for the company, both internally and externally to help build confidence, pride and value in the company.
  4. Performs other duties as assigned by (functional area senior management team member).
