Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Headwear logo graphic design & assisting with new headwear application development.
  2. Assist or at times even oversee art development for different sales channels & niche market.
  3. Assist w/ production of key account, LSAT, & other sales support sheets or materials.
  4. Work with Headwear merch team in building thorough stock design production art & digitizing templates to be used by internal & outsourced production art & digitizing teams.
  5. Assist with timely execution of look books for customers & key accounts.
  6. Assist merch team with iPad image needs.

Essential Functions:

  1. Strong attention to detail.
  2. Excellent color matching skills.

  1. Work on special projects as needed.
  2. Sustain effective and positive working relationships to ensure an environment that is in alignment with both the Company’s Core Values and profitability goals.
  3. Be an ambassador for the company, both internally and externally to help build confidence, pride and value in the company.
  4. Performs other duties as assigned by (functional area senior management team member).

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  1. Art Related Degree
  2. 3+ years’ experience in digitizing
  3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
