Summary: The Merchandiser is a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, a pulse on fashion trends, and a positive can-do attitude. This position will undertake a variety of assignments and projects in support of the apparel Merchandising team with a strong focus on the Destination Sales Channel and all L2 Brands Tradeshows. Strong ability to multitask is a must. Reporting to Senior Merchandiser, the Merchandiser will work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design and/or Marketing or 2+ Years of experience in a related field
  2. Strong Leadership Skills
  3. Strong communication and collaboration skills
  4. Creative with a strong design aesthetic
  5. Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office
  6. Highly analytical
  7. Have a thorough understanding of trends and product life cycles
