We are seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st Shift:

As a Machine Operator, you play an essential role in the success of L2's production operations. Primary responsibilities of this skilled position include operating a multi-head industrial-size embroidery machine and meeting daily metrics with support from team leads.

Position Hours: 7:00 AM -3:30 PM Mon-Fri (Voluntary overtime available during peak season!)

Your Qualifications & Attributes:

1. 3-5 years production experience.
2. Attention to detail.
3. Ability to thread a needle.
4. Ability to visually differentiate between thread colors and styles.
5. Highly productive, organized, and a strong team player.
